I was always so confused about my very disciplined Southern Dad raised by Church founding Big Mamas converting to Catholicism in his 30s but my very witchy woowoo Western Mom raised us unbaptized n outside of any organized religion(s) n I am so grateful for the Earth n Spirit n ancestral based foundation I continue to raise my sun on but theres always a ton of estrangement n memories of not Being allowed to take communion n of course the Being called an evil demon jezebel stuff
