I was called into the work I do veryyy young there was no avoiding the Remembrance — my GodMother had my natal chart done at the Time of my Birth (real Oregonian tings) n by the Time I was 5 I was reciting my name age n Sun sign to whoever I met
I guess I always had the premonitions jus not the language to express how I was Being guided
when I first started giving actual readings (on the side while working as a kindergarten Teacher) I was charging my Dads card to pay for the astrology software I used to cast charts n it went on for like 30 Times Before he emailed me n asked me if we needed to talk about all this “natal chart” stuff
he thought I was pregnant 💀 (years Before I actually was)
I dont think my family always understands what I do n Ive Been scolded for jokingly telling my Southern aunties n uncles that I am the family witch lol but
when I am sitting over a chart n someone asks me HOW I Knew that I say ”math!” n I feel connected to everyone in my lineage n Life beyond Earthly reception n understanding
I Trusted this inner Knowing since I was a small child n I study every aspect of Life with Heart — in communion with the celestial Bodies my favorite Self n God(dess)
my first n only in person astrology event I held while actually pregnant n helping to open a brick n mortar metaphysics shop where I worked with hundreds of people to develop their own workings n rituals
I never felt called to make it an online thing n when the fast food type desperate for male validation n money pop astrology took over I kept my work even deeper underground away from fried attention spans n chatbot fortune telling
because my worldly work has mostly Been in slow translation: who I am, why folks should care, what ritual/astro can Be used for (especially in the context of early literacy n collective liberation) n why I deserve to Be uplifted compensated n protected (not idolized n exploited) Now more than ever ✨
