I have come to understand the Ho’oponopono practice as a portal of generational curse breaking in parenting with words most parents never tell their seed(s):
‘Im sorry / please forgive me / thank you / I Love you’
a lot happened in my Life from ages 0-7 (I was actually supposed to Be Born on Oahu n Lived there till age 4) n I pray this lil one has core memories beyond my constant grief
parenting saves me n destroys me every day in the most necessary ways
we will Be 7 in a couple weeks :’)
the choices n sacrifices I must make are anchored into the future n to my purest Heart
