the most nourishing development of all this purging integrating n recovering is the acceptance n acknowledgement that my work is Not for everyBody

I am Not for everyBody

thats healing

n thinking about who I am willing to alienate with my Truth empowers me in a way that loosens me from shame that does Not Belong to me

I return that sludge back to the Water n the Earth n continue digging into my Heartwork gilded by the armor of integrity towards what is meant for me

I think people are afraid of what it takes to get Free because someTimes that means getting rid of everything
